I am a locally based, Licensed Massage Therapist. My certifications are in soft tissue mobilization; Fibromyalgia; cold stone therapy for migraines headaches, trigger point therapy; spa modalities (scrubs, mud, etc.); hot stone therapy; chair massage and Swedish massage.
I use my familiarity with Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Myofascial Release to offer a profoundly integrative
session, intended to allow you the space to create health for yourself and to sustain your body and restore your spirit.
